In addition to the destinations listed in the delivery table, we currently support the following countries and regions:
- Europe: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
- Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea.
- Middle East: Israel and United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Unsupported Countries / States
Standard shipping is currently unavailable to Hawaii and Alaska because US tariffs make these routes economically unviable. Special delivery requests may be possible with a high additional shipping charge. Email roderickzxj@gmail.com with the products you would like to order so we can quote the delivery cost.
Unsure if We Ship to You?
Postal restrictions, carrier limitations and remote locations may prevent delivery to some addresses. Email roderickzxj@gmail.com with your location to check availability and delivery estimates. We normally respond within one business day.
Processing Time
Orders take 1–2 business days to process for quality checks, packing and handling. We email tracking information after dispatch.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If we identify an address problem, we will contact you and wait for confirmation before shipping.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers receiving international shipments are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays during customs clearance.
If delivery to your location is unavailable because it is remote or restricted, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund immediately.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders to supported destinations. Any exceptional delivery charge will be quoted before you proceed.
