KIADDA LAB operates this Shopify-powered store and its related content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean KIADDA LAB. These Terms and the policies they refer to describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read them carefully, including the warranty and liability provisions. By browsing, interacting with or using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not access or use the Services.
Section 1 - Access and Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province. Where you allow minor dependants to use devices you own, buy or manage to access the Services, you confirm your consent to that use.
Provide current, complete and accurate contact, billing, payment and shipping information, and confirm you have the right to supply it. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity on your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned or licensed to another person.
Section 2 - Our Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but screen settings and devices can affect their apparent colors and appearance. We cannot promise that a product’s appearance or quality will match your expectations or its on-screen representation.
Descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities for particular customers, regions or jurisdictions on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 - Orders
An order is your offer to buy. KIADDA LAB may accept or decline it at its discretion, and acceptance occurs only when we confirm it after receiving and processing payment. Check the order carefully before submission because cancellation may be unavailable after acceptance. If we reject, amend or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, billing address or telephone details supplied.
Returns and replacements follow our Returns and Exchange policy. You confirm purchases are for personal or household use rather than commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, promotions and discounts can change without notice. Your order uses the price in effect when you submit it, as stated in the confirmation email. Unless expressly included, displayed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs and import charges.
Our prices may differ from those offered by physical shops or other sellers. Separate promotion conditions control if they conflict with these Terms.
Keep your purchase, payment and account details complete, accurate and current, including email and card information. You confirm that your card details are correct, you have authority to use the card, the issuer will honor the charges, and you will pay the stated price plus applicable taxes and charges.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Section 6 - Intellectual Property
The Services, including their brands, trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, audio, video, design and arrangement, belong to KIADDA LAB, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by US and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit protected material. No rights or licenses are granted beyond those expressly stated, and all other rights are reserved.
Our names, logos, product names, designs and slogans may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify marks belong to Shopify; other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 - Optional Tools
Third-party tools may be offered without our monitoring, control or input. Access is provided “as is” and “as available”, without endorsement, representations, warranties or conditions. We accept no liability for your use of those tools to the extent permitted by law.
Use them at your own risk and review the provider’s terms beforehand. Any new features, tools or resources we add also form part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
Section 8 - Third-Party Links
Third-party materials, links and embedded functions may appear on the Services. We do not undertake to check their content or accuracy. Accessing other websites is at your own risk.
We are not liable for loss from third-party websites or their products, services, resources or content, to the extent permitted by law. Review their policies before transacting and direct questions or claims about their offerings to the relevant provider.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
Shopify supplies the platform that enables our Services, but purchases are made directly between you and KIADDA LAB. Shopify is not responsible for those sales or for injury, damage or loss from purchased products or services. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities connected with your purchases and transactions with us, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
Personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy; some information is also governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Using the Services acknowledges that you have read these policies.
Shopify processes information about access to and use of the store to provide and improve the Services. Information submitted is shared with Shopify and other providers, including providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains how we and these providers use it.
Section 11 - Feedback
Submitting reviews, suggestions, ideas, images, plans or other feedback grants us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, alter, publish, distribute and display that material in any medium, including for commercial purposes and operating, improving or promoting the Services.
You confirm you own or have the necessary rights, disclose any incentives or compensation received, and comply with these Terms. We need not keep feedback confidential, compensate you or respond. We may monitor, edit or remove unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or material that infringes rights.
Feedback must not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights, contain unlawful or abusive material or malware, or misrepresent its author through a false email address or impersonation. You are responsible for your submissions and their accuracy. We assume no liability for feedback supplied by users or third parties.
Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Store information may contain mistakes or omissions in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct or update it and cancel affected orders at any time without advance notice, including after submission, subject to applicable law.
Section 13 - Prohibited Uses
Use the Services lawfully. You must not use them for malicious or unlawful purposes; violate laws or regulations; infringe intellectual property; harass, abuse, threaten, defame or harm anyone; submit false information or non-compliant material; distribute spam, chain letters or unauthorized promotions; impersonate another party; or impede others’ use or expose us, Shopify or users to harm or liability.
Do not transmit malware, commercially exploit or copy the Services, collect or track others’ personal information, engage in phishing, pharming, pretexting, crawling or scraping, or bypass security safeguards. We may suspend, disable or terminate an account without notice for violations.
Section 14 - Termination
We may end this agreement or your access to any part of the Services at our discretion without notice. Amounts incurred up to termination remain payable.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, feedback, termination, warranties, liability, indemnification, severability, waiver and entire agreement, assignment, governing law and privacy, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive, continue after termination.
Section 15 - Disclaimer of Warranties
General information on the Services is provided without a promise of accuracy, completeness or usefulness. Reliance on it is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability for that reliance to the extent permitted by law.
Unless KIADDA LAB expressly states otherwise, products and Services are supplied “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties or conditions, including merchantability, quality, fitness for a purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free use. These exclusions apply only where permitted; mandatory warranties remain effective.
Section 16 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we, our partners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, providers and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for injury, claims, loss or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or purchased products.
This includes lost profits, revenue, savings or data, replacement costs, content errors and losses from content or products made available through the Services, regardless of whether a claim arises in contract, negligence, other tort, strict liability or another basis, and even if the possibility was disclosed. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Section 17 - Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and providers against third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or incorporated policies, violation of law or others’ rights, or access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of a claim; delayed notice excuses your obligations only where it materially prejudices you. We may control the defence and settlement at your expense and select counsel, but will not agree to non-monetary obligations for you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You must cooperate, including supplying relevant documents.
Section 18 - Severability
If a provision is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the extent legally possible. Any unenforceable portion is severed, while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Section 19 - Waiver; Entire Agreement
Failing to exercise or enforce a right does not waive it. These Terms and our posted policies and operating rules form the entire agreement governing the Services, replacing previous or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications, proposals and earlier Terms.
Ambiguities will not be interpreted against a party solely because it drafted the provision.
Section 20 - Assignment
You may not assign, transfer or delegate this agreement or your rights or duties without our written consent; an unauthorized attempt is void. We may assign, transfer or delegate our rights and obligations without notifying you or obtaining your consent, subject to applicable law.
Section 21 - Governing Law
These Terms and separate agreements for the Services are governed by the law applicable where our business is headquartered. You and we consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of the federal, state or territorial courts with jurisdiction there, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.

Headings are included for convenience and do not restrict or alter the meaning of these Terms.
Section 23 - Changes to Terms of Service
The current Terms are available on this page. We may revise or replace them by posting an updated version; check this page periodically. Material changes will be notified as required by law and take effect on the date in that notice. Continued access or use after changes take effect signifies acceptance.
